Firstly, your original paper is submitted to ICCAIS 2025 through online submission system .

Secondly, reviewing results will be sent to you about 1-2 weeks after submission.

Thirdly, you will receive an acceptance notice if your paper is accepted after revising.

Fourthly, you will receive a fee confirmation notification, please complete the payment through the system before the deadline.

Lastly, if invoicing is required, it can be applied for in the system after payment is completed.

Invitation letter will be sent to the author who will attend to the Conference in person.
